FAQ
-
What dance classes do you offer in Toronto?
We offer Group and Private Dance Lessons in Toronto, mainly for Hip Hop and Heels styles for all levels—beginner to advanced.
-
Do you offer beginner-friendly dance classes in Toronto? What's the difference between beginner and intermediate levels?
Absolutely. Our beginner-level dance classes in Midtown and Downtown Toronto are welcoming, empowering, and open to all people. Explore our INTRO or Open Level classes.
The difference - Beginner classes focus on fundamentals and technique, while Intermediate/pro classes, move faster and build on choreography and technique that’s already in your body.
-
What should I bring or wear to class?
For Heels, we recommend open or closed-toe heels and knee pads.
The best brand we work with is JOHEELA and you can purchase items with discount, using promo-code “DANCERA15”. For Hip Hop class, wear regular sneakers (indoor shoes only!).
As for clothing for any class, wear comfortable clothing (can be oversized or slim fit ) - anything that won’t block your movement. Also don’t forget bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated and hair tie.
-
Where is your dance studio located?
We have two studio locations in Toronto:
Downtown Studio: 802 Dundas Street West (Bathurst & Dundas)
Midtown Studio: 2063 Yonge Street, Toronto (Yonge & Eglinton area)
Both are easily accessible by TTC and offer the same high-quality dance experience.
-
Do you offer private lessons at both locations?
Yes. Private dance lessons are available in both Midtown and Downtown studios, by appointment. Our 1-on-1 private dance classes are personalized for individuals, events, or auditions and have a special discount if purchased as package.
